How to calculate square metres

The formula to calculate square metres is pretty simple. All you have to do is measure the length and width of a room and then multiple them together. For more complex spaces, we recommend breaking it up into small square/rectangular areas. After calculating the square metres for each small space, simply add them together, which will give you the total square metres of the entire room.
